Questions

Good to know

Do I need an account to book?

No. Your name, mobile number and email are enough. The email is where your receipt goes.

How do I pay, and how do I know I am booked?

You get a booking code as soon as you reserve. Once the staff sees your transfer, the booking is confirmed. If no payment arrives within 10 minutes, the hours open again for others.

Can I book more than one hour?

Yes. Tap the hours you want in a row on the same court and they become one booking.

Can I rent paddles?

Yes. Add them while you book and they are ready when you arrive. The price is with the rates above.

Can I cancel or move my booking?

A paid booking cannot be refunded or changed. If it rains or the venue has to close, your booking is moved to another date.

When are you open?

5 AM to 1 AM, every day. Closed on December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1.

What is the games schedule?

Any booking can become a match session. Tap your booked hours on the calendar, enter your full booking code, and the match goes on the schedule for others to join, free. On the day you start it with the same code and run the queue board from your phone: who is on court, who is next, who is winning. Tournaments are separate: teams register online, and the bracket is shown live.

Why does the calendar show only part of a booking code?

The first three and last three characters are enough for you to spot your booking. The full code stays with you: it is what schedules and starts a match on those hours, so nobody else can do it from the calendar.

See you on the court.
